We are very flexible in how we deal with land owners, and we have experience of working on the following types of deals:
- Property acquisition
- Joint Ventures
- Land owner overage (claw back)
- "Subject to…" contracts
- Delayed completions
If you know of a site that may be suitable for development then do contact us and let us know and if we successfully acquire the site we do pay finders fees (up to 5% of land value) depending on the final deal.
