We are steadily growing our team, and are always on the lookout for local talented professionals to support our services.

We require everyone to possess reasonable IT skills for working with the Microsoft suite of products, email etc.

Quantity Surveyor
Position Filled
We are looking for more than just a QS! We need someone with experience and a proven track record to work across all areas of the business, including:
  • Pre acquisition appraisals
  • Budgeting and cashflows
  • Preparing Bills of Quantities
  • Monitoring project spend
  • Liaising with bank appointed QSs
  • Buying (price approvals)
Knowledge and experience of ASTA Project Management software would be great, but not essential.

You'll need to be able to work with all the different departments as well as being responsbile for your own time and work tasks.

 AutoCAD Technician
We are looking for someone who has the technical ability to prepare, ammend and modify CAD drawings prepared by our architects and surveyors. ArchiCAD knowledge would be advantageous but not a requirement.

We will expect input from you on design aspects of houses and will look to you to be able to present your ideas to us in a confident manner.
